We reserve the right to decline service to any client if we believe the project violates our values or legal standards.

3. Content Ownership & Responsibility 🧠

Any content we create for you (graphics, captions, videos, strategy docs) is yours once full payment has been made. However:

  • We may showcase non-sensitive samples in our portfolio (unless you request otherwise)

  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it goes live

We are not liable for content outcomes (e.g., account bans, loss of followers) if our recommendations are not followed or if platforms change their policies.

4. Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy 💳

  • Payments are typically made in advance for services, unless otherwise agreed

  • Monthly packages renew automatically unless cancelled at least 5 days before the billing cycle

  • Due to the nature of digital services, no refunds are issued once work has started

  • In rare cases (like service errors), partial refunds may be granted at our discretion

 

5. Confidentiality 🤝

All client information, strategy, account access, and metrics are kept strictly confidential. We use secure systems for communication and file sharing. NDAs are available upon request.

 

6. Use of Third-Party Tools 🔧

To optimize your results, we may use tools such as:

  • Meta Business Suite

  • Canva

  • Later / Buffer / Hootsuite

  • Google Analytics / Meta Insights

These tools are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We use them solely to improve your content performance and save you time.

7. Policy Updates 🔄

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of the page and notify active clients via email or in-app message.
